2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, respond to inquiries professionally, comply with applicable laws, and avoid posting misleading content.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription plans are available for Main Contractors to access premium features. All subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Quotations & Transactions

The platform facilitates the exchange of quotations between users. We are not responsible for pricing accuracy, product quality, or contractual disputes between users.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, branding, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of the company.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or misrepresent business credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or disputes between users.
